Traditional scooters lack of portability and can become a burden when not in use.
Designing a foldable push scooter that can be easily carried in a backpack.
During the research process, while looking for inspiration and trends we found inspiration in the Brompton bike. The most challenging part was to find away of folding the scooter allowing the front wheel to rest flat behind the head.
In order to validate the idea I created multiple 3D models to iterate the design. This step was crucial to validate the exact rotation angle to allow the handle bar fold to the side.
Using a 3D parametric software we run different structural analysis to validate the design.
Portable, foldable, and environmentally friendly sccoter. It empowers individuals to navigate the city effortlessly.
